We recently supplied multiple bespoke dust suppression kits to a highly valued client in the material handling industry.
The kits included a plastic pump to handle seawater, 60Hz electric motor and an actuated control valve. We also designed and manufactured stainless steel spraybars to be mounted on the client’s conveyors, along with all related fittings and hosing to suit the application.
These units will be installed on large mobile conveyors which will work in a Port environment in Canada, helping to ensure that dust emissions are kept to a minimum when loading ships with bulk materials.
